Our Valentine's Day

Mel and I ate at Outback Steakhouse for Valentine's Day.
They mistakenly prepared a 6 oz. steak for Mel instead of the 8 oz. he ordered.  They told him to go ahead and eat that one, then they brought him an 8 oz. and fries to eat then or take-home because of their error.  Needless to say, he took it home!!

The extra steak and fries to take home!

Special time spent with my Sweetie!!!

Birthday Treat for Jett

For Jett's birthday we picked him up from school then went to Smallcakes Cupcakery and Creamery in Yukon.   The selection was shakes, cupcakes or smash - a shake with the cupcake mixed in it.
Jett chose to have his shake and cupcake separate.  Grandpop and I chose to "live dangerously" and have our "smashed".  Delicious!!!

Yum!!  Yum!!
A fun time to spend with a grandson!!

Winter Weather

Freezing drizzle made for a beautiful sight if you could stay inside and look out!!  Fortunately, it wasn't enough to cause any travel problems or electric outages!!
