Time to Spray

On the farm there are always things to do!  One important thing is spraying under the fences and spraying weeds!!
I drive the Gator while Mel operates the sprayer - an easy chore to do!!

"The Hitchhiker"!

Time for Mel to move panels for the summer pasture for the horses!  

On one of the panels we had a little "hitchhiker"!  It didn't seem to mind just riding out the move!!

Acclimating to Outside Temps

Time to acclimate our chicks to the outside temps and weather!

They seem to enjoy the outside!  

Amazing how they already know how to use their feet to scratch for food, as well as "taking a dirt bath"!!

Since our chicks are still small, they travel to and from Surrey with us!
We have decided they enjoy music!  When the radio is playing, they sure chirp along, and it seems to be a different type of chirp than normal!!  We may have to put a radio in the chicken pen!

Shopping at Goodwill

After Mel scouts out 2 or 3 major displays, this is the way he finishes his Goodwill time!

Time to Plant!

Hopefully our weather has warmed up enough for tomatoes and peppers!
