We started out at Ada to get this done. Several were waiting in front of us so I did a couple of errands while Mel waited. When I returned, he was still waiting and then photo machine broke. After waiting for quite a while longer, we left and went to Sulphur to get the license done there.
A good idea only they cannot do CDL Licenses!
We were going to Norman, so he would get it done there. Mission accomplished finally!
We found the correct location (they had moved), went inside, took a number and waited. They took his picture, completed paperwork and told us to go to a tag agency. $20, more waiting and taking another picture, Mel at last had his license with the American Flag on it designating he is a veteran!!
Probably all that waiting at Ada was in vain, because we think we would have had to go to the driver's license examination location and then to the tag agency. His having a CDL does require more than what a regular license does!
