Bruno and Priscilla

We adopted 2 cats from P.A.W.S., the rescue facility in Ada.  They are 6 months old.  How very sweet and gentle they are!

Eventually we will move the cats from the garage to the barn to be our "barn cats"!

Our Baby Chicks

We bought 6 chicks - 3 Wyandotte and 3 Rhode Island Red

Jett was our "chick setter" on the way home!

Jett Comes to the Farm

Jett spent the night with us then came to the farm for his spring break.  We had breakfast at Braum's.

Off to Ada to get chicks and feed

A new load of chicks was being unloaded and inventoried so we had to wait for a while.

The Thunder Game

The kids had given us tickets for a OKC Thunder game.  We were all going to the game on Monday, March 14th,  The Thunder was playing Portland.
We all met at the Sheraton, downtown where Mel and I were going to stay for the night.  Since a parking garage was attached to the hotel, the kids parked there as well.
We walked to Chileno's for a meal before the game; then, it was off to the Chesepeake for the game!
A good game was played by the Thunder and they won 124 to 83!  What a fun time together!!

The Portland players were staying at our hotel.
It was very interesting to see some of the players up close.
