Grammy's Fall

We received a call that Grammy had fallen.  It was determined we needed to call an ambulance since she was complaining that her hip was hurting.  After x-rays, we were told she had a broken hip.  She would need a partial hip replacement.  The surgery would be done the following day.
Remarkably, she has done well (especially considering she is 89)!
She spent 2 weeks in the hospital (5 days in regular room and 11 days in Rehab).  She was more than ready to come home.  In fact, she came home a day before they really wanted her to, but she was determined not to spend another night in that hospital bed!!
