A Day in the City and Lunch with Our Cousin

Since we were in the City for a doctor's appointment, we asked our cousin, James, if he wanted to meet for lunch.  He suggested we meet at Junior's.  We enjoyed visiting and catching-up while eating a delicious lunch.

Mel and I enjoy browsing at Goodwill stores.  Who knows what treasure could be found there.  We purchased a preferred customer card for a 5% discount on purchases.  If we shop on Wednesdays, we get a senior citizen's discount of 10 %.    Our joke was we shopped at Goodwill so we could afford lunch.  Hah!!

 It's fun to visit the City, but sure good to be back on the farm for the slower pace of life!!
