It makes it difficult to get much farm work done when you have ice for a couple of days then 4 + inches of rain with cold temps and a forecast of more to come.
That's okay! It doesn't interfere with having time with the boys and enjoying a change of pace!
This morning was the first morning Mel went to the barn with us to do chores! The flu bug or whatever has gotten a hold on him!
After our breakfast of bacon, biscuits, gravy and crispy crowns, the boys and I went to Ada to do errands.
I think Jake was trying to get his hair to lay down. This was before he had his coffee!!
We visited Grammy.
The cook took a day off and we enjoyed pizza for lunch and supper! The afternoon was watching Pearl Harbor and the series, "Waco".
