Monday, June 6th

The kids started their day with coffee.  We were watching the news when they reported a recall for Hostess product.  Jett said he didn't have to worry because he only ate Little Debbie powdered doughnuts!

Breakfast was chocolate chip pancakes.

Off to the barn!

Everyone needed sunscreen and insect repellant before heading out.

The kids lined up their vehicles close to where they were painting.  A fellow stopped by and wanted to know if the vehicles were for sale.  The kids quickly replied, "No!"

After a shower it was time for lunch.

We had grilled chicken, garden potatoes and green beans, garlic toast and chocolate chip bars.

(Amberlea had sent the chocolate chip dough for us.)  It was delicious!!

Here we go again - The ATV Brigade

 

The order of the brigade was changed so each one had a chance to be in the lead.  At first, Emma was not sure about changing the order, but she decided it was just fine!

After eating leftovers and having a Neapolitan malt, it was time to watch half of the movie, "Horse Whisperer".

Another full day on the farm - full of activities, fun and memories!
