We were thrilled to have The Elliott Family visit the farm. For Father's Day they brought brats and trimmings for them. What an excellent griller Mitch was! We had brats with Amber's delicious onion dip. The next day we enjoyed hamburgers with speciality trimmings of Swiss Cheese, avocado, bacon and the usual trimmings on hamburgers and home-made onion rings (we do have an abundance of onions from the garden). Talk about good eating for 2 days!
