September Horse Show

Mel did really well in the horse show this month.  He won 1st in cow-working, 3rd in reining,  5th in pleasure and 8th in trail.  When all was said and done, he was Reserve Champion, winning 2nd place overall!  Congratulations to this horse man!
The weather was better so Grammy was able to go for part of the show.  She did get to see him win 1st!  She said she was "on edge" that he would let the calf get past him.  Of course, he didn't!!
