What Could Be in a Boot?

Bryan left his boots here from earlier visits on the farm. This past summer Jacob or Mathew borrowed his boots since he was not here and theirs did not fit or could not be found quickly. Who knows what the boots traveled through or on.
Bryan put one on and decided he needed to "dump out" the contents before wearing. He found a lot of grass and weeds, luckily no critters!
